By using GameDEX, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service description
GameDEX provides a personal game library to track games you own or want to play. Game metadata (names, images, etc.) is sourced from RAWG under their API terms. Steam import uses Steam’s public API with your consent.
3. Account and conduct
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You may not use the service for illegal purposes or to harm others.
4. Intellectual property
Game logos and art are owned by their respective rights holders. RAWG and other providers license their data. You retain ownership of content you add (e.g. library entries). We do not claim ownership of your data.
5. Limitation of liability
GameDEX is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We will indicate the last updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
